Admission Criteria

Admission to Space School – CBSE is granted on the basis of age, merit and vacancy. Admission Forms are distributed from the month of November for the academic year. The student should be on merit, a formal test and interview will be held for K1 onwards. The student should be medically fit.

The student should be of correct age i.e.

  • Three years for Nursery (PRE-K) as on 31st March.
  • Four years for LKG (K1) as on 31st March.
  • Five years for HKG (K2) as on 31st March.
  • Six years for Std.-1 as on 31st March.

Filled in form should be submitted in the office along with

  • Two Latest coloured passport size photograph of the student.
  • Photograph of the parent with the child in [5cm x 3.5cm].
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate (self attested). Outstation children must get their TC countersigned by DEO (District Educational Officer).
  • Original Medical certificate of the student.
  • Photocopy of the result of the previous class (self attested).
  • Photocopy of student’s and parent’s Aadhaar card (self attested).
  • Photocopy of student’s passport (if applicable).
  • Photocopy of Local Address proof. (self attested).
  • Photocopy of Minority certificate. ( if applicable ).
  • Caste Certificate If SC / ST / OBC.
  • Bonafide Certificate of current school (Class Nur to IX) – Original
  • In case of death of any one parent, copy of Death Certificate is mandatory.
  • In case of separation, copy of court custody papers is mandatory.
  • In case of single parent, legal documents certifying the same are mandatory.
  • In case the registration form is filled by guardians other than parents, it should be clearly indicated.

    • Note : Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photos will not be accepted.

  • A basic admission test will be conducted on specified date for eligibility of that particular class. Only those candidates who clear the written test will be called for an interview, both parents are required to be present at the time of the interview.
  • The admission would be confirmed only after the final interview.
  • Only meritorious students will be considered for mid-term admission on grounds of transfer or change of school.
